SeaPeople was formed by Jeremy Spear, when it was recognised that there are well qualified and experienced people in Australia and New Zealand who can work on internationally based cruise ships, yet there was no local agency with global contacts to help them find positions.
Jeremy Spear has been professionally involved in the marine industry for over 15 years. Qualified as both a naval architect and an industrial designer, he has been responsible for designing and creating specialised interiors for all types of vessels – from Super Yachts to Commercial Vessels and Cruise Ships. He has run a marine consultancy business which has serviced many clients in the cruise industry, in fields including design and project management for cruise ships.
